Pancakes can be made with sour cream, milk, water, and kefir. According to cooks, it is with kefir that they will be the most successful and fluffy.
The cook shared a recipe for fluffy pancakes on Instagram, which are made with kefir and are very soft and tasty.
Ingredients:
- 300 ml. warm yogurt
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. l. sugar
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- 220 g. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Method of preparation:
1. Heat the kefir to room temperature, add the egg with sugar and salt (but do not beat).
2. Next, add kefir, flour, and finally baking soda, mix and cover for 15 minutes and let stand.
3. Do not stir the dough anymore, spoon it into a frying pan and fry on both sides.
