The cook shared a recipe for a delicious Tiramisu on Instagram, which is made without raw eggs.
Ingredients:
- Savoyardi cookies - 24-25 pcs.
- Instant or brewed coffee - 3 tsp with a slide + water 350 ml
- Alcohol (rum) - 50-55 ml
- Cream 33% - 300 ml
- Mascarpone - 500 g
- Powdered sugar - 100 (150 g if you like it very sweet)
- Vanillin
- You can take 300 g of mascarpone and 500 ml of 33% cream
The method of preparation:
1️. Brew coffee or pour boiling water over instant coffee, add alcohol, and cool to room temperature.
2️. Whip the cold cream, add the cottage cheese, powdered sugar (if you like sweet desserts, add 150 g of powdered sugar, keep in mind that savoyards are sweet), and vanilla or vanilla sugar. Whisk everything until smooth and put it into a pastry bag/bag.
3️. Dip the cookies in coffee with alcohol for 1-2 seconds, then put them in the mold, cream on top, cookies and cream again.
4. Put the dessert in the refrigerator. Garnish with cocoa before serving!
