Ingredients:
- fish fillet
- 1 onion
- 4-5 cherry tomatoes
- 60-70 g. spinach
- 200 ml. cream 10-15%
- salt, pepper
- 1 tsp. of flour
Method of preparation:
1. Fry onion in butter, add tomatoes and spinach, and fry for a few minutes over medium heat.
2. Reduce the heat and pour warm cream over the vegetables. Add flour, salt and pepper.
3. When the cream thickens, put fish fillets, cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve with pasta, rice or potatoes!
