On Instagram, cook Tetiana shared a recipe for meat nests with mushroom filling, which will be very satisfying.
Ingredients:
- minced meat - 700 g
- mushrooms - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- onion for minced meat - 1/2 pc.
- paprika - 0.5 tsp.
- dry garlic - 0.5 tsp.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- hard cheese - 150 g
- mayonnaise or sour cream
- salt and pepper - according to taste
- oil for frying
Preparation method:
1. Chop the mushrooms and onions, then sauté them in a frying pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. In the minced meat, add the egg, paprika, dried garlic, chopped onion, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly and then shape the meat into balls.
3. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and greased with oil. Flatten the balls and create indentations in the center.
4. Fill the formed nests with the sautéed mushrooms, create a lattice pattern with mayonnaise, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Afterward, remove from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
