Lush breakfast pancakes in 10 minutes: how to make the perfect dough
The fastest breakfast dish is pancakes. They can be made both sweet and savory and served with berries, condensed milk, and feta cheese.
Cook Valeria shared a recipe for fluffy pancakes made with kefir on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Flour - 3-5 tbsp.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Kefir (or sour milk) 1 cup
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar - a packet
- Salt - a pinch
- Soda - 0.5 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt to the kefir and mix well.
2. Add the flour to this mixture until the dough becomes like thick sour cream. Add the baking soda, mix and leave for 5-10 minutes.
3. Heat a frying pan, add oil, and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
