Lush as fluff: what is the best way to cook pancakes
Homemade pancakes can be made with sour cream, milk, kefir, and even mineral water. Cooks say that the most successful and airy pancakes are made with warm kefir.
Cook Yulia shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious pancakes that will be tall and fluffy.
Ingredients:
- kefir 2.5% - 500 ml
- egg - 1 pc.
- sugar - 0.5 tbsp
- salt - 1/3 tsp.
- soda - 1/2 tsp.
- flour - 350 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add the egg, sugar and salt to the kefir at room temperature. Stir until smooth.
2. Sift the flour and add the baking soda (add the baking soda with the flour). Mix well until smooth. Cover with a towel and set aside for 20-30 minutes.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over low to medium heat. There should be enough oil in the pan, about 1 cm.
4. Fry the pancakes, be sure to cover with a lid.
