Liver pancakes with onions and spices for lunch: we share an elementary recipe
Chicken liver is one of the most affordable, tasty, and simple products that can become the main ingredient for preparing delicious dishes, such as chops, cutlets, and spicy pates.
The recipe for delicious liver pancakes was published on the Instagram page (shuba.food). This is a great option for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
- chicken liver – 300 g
- onion – 1 pc.
- carrots – 1 pc.
- eggs – 1 pc.
- buckwheat flour – 5 tbsp.
- sour cream – 100 g
- sunflower oil – 4 tbsp.
- salt, black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the liver, remove the films, and cut into slices.
2. Cut the onion into 4 pieces, cut the carrots into slices.
3. Pass these ingredients through a meat grinder. Add the egg, 2 tbsp of sour cream, flour, salt, pepper and mix well. Leave for 5 minutes.
4. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and add 1 tbsp of minced meat to it, fry until browned on both sides over medium heat.
Serve the pancakes hot with sour cream, it will be delicious!
