Ingredients:
- beets – 2 pcs.
- eggs – 3 pcs.
- hard cheese – 100 g
- garlic – 3 cloves.
- mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp.
- salt, pepper – to taste.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil beets and eggs and cool.
2. Grate the cabbage, grate the cheese as well.
3. Squeeze the garlic into the mayonnaise and add the spices.
4. Put everything in a bowl, add the mayonnaise and garlic, mix and you can eat, but it is better to refrigerate for 30 minutes and then serve.
