Ingredients:
- cottage cheese 5-9% – 250 g
- semolina – 50 g
- eggs – 1 pc.
How to cook delicious dumplings at home

- sugar – 25 g
- flour – 50 g
- milk chocolate – 30-50 g
- salt, vanilla – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grind cottage cheese with sugar and egg, add semolina, and leave for 5-10 minutes.

3. Chop the chocolate.

4. Pinch off small balls from the finished dough, put a piece of chocolate inside, close the ball, and roll it in flour.
