Ingredients:

  • carrots - 600 g
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • garlic - 4 cloves.
  • oil - 6 tbsp.
  • vinegar 9% - 3 tbsp.
  • Korean-style carrots seasoning - 3 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Grate carrots and mash them with your hands. Add sugar and squeeze garlic.

2. Mix oil and vinegar, heat and add spices for Korean-style carrots

3. Drizzle oil over the carrots, cover and refrigerate for a day.
