Ingredients:
- carrots - 600 g
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- garlic - 4 cloves.
- oil - 6 tbsp.
- vinegar 9% - 3 tbsp.
- Korean-style carrots seasoning - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Grate carrots and mash them with your hands. Add sugar and squeeze garlic.
2. Mix oil and vinegar, heat and add spices for Korean-style carrots
3. Drizzle oil over the carrots, cover and refrigerate for a day.
