Recipe for meat with sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 chicken thighs
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • Provence herbs

Sauce:

  • 450 g tomatoes in their own juice
  • 1 b black olives
  • 1 small onion
  • salt, black pepper
  • 2 tsp. of Provence herbs

Method of preparation:

1. Wash meat and dry it. Sprinkle with spices, add oil and fry the meat until golden brown.

2. Mix tomatoes with onion, spices, salt, pepper and olives.

3. Put the roasted meat in the baking dish, pour the tomato sauce and olives on top, put it in the oven and bake until tender.
