Before cooking, be sure to wash the buckwheat 2-3 times with cold water. Then pour buckwheat into a saucepan, add water, and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
2. How to cook buckwheat in the microwave
Pour the cereal into a microwave-safe glass dish. Cover with cool water, put in the microwave, and cook for 7 minutes at 800 watts under the lid. After that, stir the buckwheat with a spoon in the dish and cook for another 5-7 minutes at 600 watts.
3. How to cook buckwheat in the oven
Wash the buckwheat, pour it into a suitable dish, add vegetables, and a piece of butter, and cover with water. Cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 C. After cooking, let it brew for another 10-15 minutes in a hot oven.
