How to fry pancakes correctly to make them golden: sharing life hacks
Shrovetide is coming soon, so you need to get ready to cook the main dish. Ideal pancakes are golden, thin, and tender. To make them exactly like that, you need to follow a special technology for kneading and frying the dough.

The most important things in making perfect pancakes are:
- milk temperature – it must be warm;
- eggs and sugar should be beaten very well until a lush white foam occurs;
- pancakes must be fried over high heat.
Ingredients:
- milk – 1 liter (it should be slightly hot, but not boiling)
- eggs – 3 pcs.
- flour – 300-400 g
- sugar – 100 g
- salt – 1 tsp.
- baking soda – 1 tsp (quenched with vinegar)
- vegetable oil – 50 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar until white foam.
2. Add the milk. But it should not be boiling.
3. Mix everything well.
4. Pour in the slaked soda.
5. Add flour and oil.
6. The dough should be quite liquid.
7. Spray the frying pan with oil before baking.
