How to prepare an original spread: a simple and healthy appetizer

Even ordinary beans can be used to make a very tasty and simple dish. Namely, a spread. You need very few ingredients and they are all budget-friendly. You can use tortilla, bread or pita bread to serve it.
The idea of making bean spread was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Inna (inna_levenets).
Ingredients for the spread:
- 200 g canned red beans
- juice from 1 small lime
- 2 tbsp.of chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp of dry garlic or a chopped clove of fresh garlic
- 1/2 tsp of chili pepper
- salt - to taste
Ingredients for the salsa:
- 200 g of canned corn
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of finely chopped cilantro
- juice from 1 small lime
- salt and pepper to taste
You can put all this on pita bread or tortilla.
1. Put pita bread or tortilla sprinkled with olive oil in the oven preheated to 170 degrees for 5 minutes.
2. Prepare the spread: either beat all the ingredients in a blender or use a fork to crush the beans and mix them with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Prepare the salsa: mix corn with cilantro, lime juice, onion, salt and pepper.
4. Spread beans on the pita bread and add salsa on top.
