How to make minced meat for pancakes so that the dish is hearty

Minced meat is most often fried for pancake filling, but it can turn out to be quite oily. Therefore, the best option is to bake the minced meat. You'll do it very quickly and be able to feed your family a delicious dinner.
The idea of making hearty pancakes with baked minced meat for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna Movchan (katarina_movchan). Onions will add juiciness.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of minced meat (50/50 pork + veal)
- 4 onions
- salt and pepper - to taste
- thin pancakes
- ghee oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Turn on the grill function, if available.
2. Cut the peeled onion into quarters.
3. Put the minced meat on a baking sheet.
4. Add salt and pepper.
5. Stir the minced meat and divide it among the baking sheets.
6. Add the onion to the meat.
7. Bake for 10 minutes. Place the baking sheet in the oven closer to the upper heat rack.
8. Pass the baked minced meat through a meat grinder.
9. Stir and roll in pancakes.
