Ingredients:

  • bulgur - 100 g
  • butter - 20 g
  • spices
  • salt
  • boiling water

Method of preparation:

1. Rinse the bulgur with water and fry in butter for 5 minutes, add salt and spices, mix and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
