Ingredients:
- bulgur - 100 g
- butter - 20 g
- spices
- salt
- boiling water
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse bulgur and fry in butter for 5 minutes. Add salt and spices, mix, and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
2. Then add boiling water and cook until the water has completely evaporated.
