How to cook fish in the oven to make it delicious and healthy
According to experts, you should eat fish at least 2-3 times a week. It can be baked in the oven, as well as stewed with vegetables and sauce.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious baked fish with sour cream sauce and pickles on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- sea fish fillets - 600 g (tilapia, hake, pollock)
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- spices for fish - 1/2 tsp.
- sour cream - 200 g
- pickled cucumbers - 2-3 pcs.
- garlic - 1 clove.
- cheese - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Cut fish fillet, put it in a mold and sprinkle with spices.
2. Cut or grate cucumber, add sour cream, and mix.
3. Pour the sauce over the fish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
4. Bake the fish in the oven until cooked through.
