How to cook tasty and healthy fish properly: an authentic method
Experts recommend eating fish and seafood at least 2-3 times a week. It is best to cook raw fish in the oven, baking it with vegetables and spices. Frying fish is not advisable if you want it to remain healthy and tasty.
Cook Anna shared a recipe for baked fish in salt, which will be very tender inside, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- mahi mahi - 2 pcs.
- 1 kg of salt
- 50 ml of water
- whites of 2 eggs
- 1 lemon
- a few sprigs of rosemary
Method of preparation:
1. Cut off the fins, remove all the stuffing, and rinse the fish. Put lemon slices inside.
2. Mix salt with water.
3. Put the salt on a baking sheet with parchment, put the fish on top and more salt on the fish. Shape and bake the fish at 200 C for 30 minutes and then leave the fish to cool for another 30 minutes.
Serve fish with lemon!
