How to make fluffy breakfast pancakes: we tell you what to add to the dough

Ingredients:
- milk - 250 ml
- dry yeast - 7 g
- flour - 3-4 tbsp.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- vanilla sugar - a pinch
- sugar - to taste
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the milk with the egg, then add the sifted flour, yeast, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt, mix well to make the dough thick but without lumps.
2. Cover the dough with cling film and leave it in a warm place for 15-30 minutes.
3. When the dough is ready, mix.
