Food blogger Anastasia Solopii shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious oatmeal with creamy malo and sun-dried tomatoes, which can be eaten for breakfast and lunch.
Sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan will give the dish an unusual flavor.
Ingredients:
- water - 400 ml
- flattened oatmeal - 90 g
- Parmesan cheese - 50 g
- butter - 20 g
- sun-dried tomatoes - 8 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the oatmeal with water, add a pinch of salt, and cook over low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
2. Finely grate the Parmesan cheese, add most of it to the porridge, and cook for another 5 minutes.
3. If desired, add butter to the porridge, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and add sun-dried tomatoes.
You can also serve the porridge with dried toast with butter, which will be very tasty.
