The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and juicy fillet with pork and mozzarella on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 3 pcs.
- pork – 80 g.
- mozzarella – 160 g.
- egg – 2 pcs.
- flour
- breadcrumbs
- butter – 40 g
- flour – 30 g
- milk – 300 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet not completely, and make a "pocket".
2. Then roll each one in flour, then in an egg beaten with salt, then in breadcrumbs.
3. Put the fillets in the molds, put the pork and cheese in the middle of each one, sliced thinly.
4. Sauce: melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour, and stir well to avoid lumps. Next, pour in the milk and cook over the fire until thickened.
5. Pour the sauce into each pocket and sprinkle with cheese.
6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180-190 C for 40 minutes.
