How to cook healthy poached eggs: the most accurate technology after which the eggs will be healthy

Eggs can be an ideal ingredient for preparing healthy and delicious dishes. Among all egg dishes, poached eggs are worth highlighting, as they take only 3 minutes to cook and the yolk is still runny. According to experts, this method of cooking is the most correct, because the egg does not lose vitamins and useful microelements afterwards.
Culinary expert Valeriy Ponomar shared a recipe and the correct technology for cooking poached eggs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. l
- Water - 2 liters
Method of preparation:
1. Carefully break the egg on a flat surface, place it in a sieve or slotted spoon without breaking the protein.
2. Using this method, remove the liquid protein, which floats in white ribbons during cooking, and then place the egg in a convenient dish for immersion in boiling water.
3. In a saucepan or stewpan (preferably with a double bottom so that the eggs do not stick), collect water at a level of 13-15 cm, the height of the water affects the shape of the egg in the finished form. Bring the water to a boil, add salt and vinegar, turn off the stove when the water has "calmed down" and immerse the eggs. After 30 seconds, turn the egg over with a slotted spoon to give it a rounded shape and then you can turn on the minimum heat (optional).
4. Take out the eggs, place them on a paper towel, and if necessary, cut off the excess with a knife.
