How to cook hake properly so that it remains healthy: a recipe for an easy dinner dish
Hake can be the basis for soups and even fish soup. The fish can also be used to make juicy cutlets or it can be simply fried, baked with vegetables, and stewed in tomato or sour cream sauces.
Cook Diana shared a recipe for delicious fried hake with vegetables and tomato sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- hake fillet
- 1 small onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 tbsp. of tomato paste
- 2 tbsp of cream
- salt, pepper - to taste
- 2 tbsp of flour
- 150 ml of water
Method of preparation:
1. Cut fish into pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper and leave for 30 minutes. Roll in flour and fry on both sides until golden brown.
2. Grate carrots on a coarse grater and cut onion into slices and fry.
3. For the filling, mix tomato paste, cream, salt, pepper and water.
4. Add the fried fish to the fried onions and carrots and pour over the sauce. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
