Ingredients:
- hake - 900 g
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- canned tomatoes - 200 g
- salt, spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the carrots and cut the onion into small pieces. Fry in a preheated frying pan and add the carrots, fry for another 7-8 minutes.
2. Add the canned tomatoes to the vegetables and mix well, cook for another 10 minutes.
3. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with the vegetable dressing and put the fish cut into small pieces. Put the rest of the vegetable dressing on the fish and cover with water to the level of the fish and cook for 40 minutes in a preheated 180 C oven.
