Ingredients:
- Pollock fish - 3 pcs.
- Salt - 1.5 tsp.
- Dry garlic - 1.5 tsp.
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Oil - 20 ml
- Onions - 3 pcs.
- Dried dill - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the fish, cut it, sprinkle with spices, add oil, mix.
2. Cut the onion into half rings.
3. Put the onion in the sleeve, fish on top, mix, tie the sleeve, put it on a baking sheet with parchment and cook in the oven at 180 C for 20 minutes. You can add vegetables to the sleeve.
