How to cook crispy chicken wings: share the secrets of cooking
Chicken wings can be baked in the oven with vegetables and sauces. They can also be grilled and served with fresh vegetables.
Chef Valeriy Ponomar shared a recipe for delicious baked chicken wings with spices and tomato sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Chicken wings – 1 kg
- Salt, black pepper
- Flour – 2 tbsp.
- Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp.
- Honey – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 1 clove.
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.
- Wine vinegar 6% – 1 tsp (lemon juice can be used)
- Sesame seeds – 1 hour.
Method of preparation:
1. Dry the wings from moisture with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper, and leave for 20 minutes.
2. Sprinkle with flour and mix well so that some of the flour remains on the wings.
3. Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 200 C, turn once when one side is golden brown.
4. Sauce: mix wine vinegar, tomato paste, honey, garlic.
4. Mix with the sauce and serve!
