How to cook chicken fillet to make it juicy and soft: the secret is in the sauce
Chicken fillets are often dry, hard, and tough. Culinary experts advise marinating it well before cooking and making cuts in it so that the meat is well saturated with the marinade.
The cook shared on Instagram her recipe and secret for making a very juicy fillet with garlic, teriyaki sauce, and honey.
Ingredients:
- 2 fillets
- 1 full tbsp. starch or flour
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 15 g of butter
- 3 tbsp. teriyaki
- 1 tsp of honey
- oil, salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Make cuts into cubes on the fillet, try not to cut the fillet completely.
2. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with starch/flour.
3. Heat a frying pan with oil and put the fillets, fry on each side for 5 minutes under the lid. Add garlic, oil, and fry for a few more minutes.
4. Add teriyaki and honey, fry by soaking in the sauce so that the fillet is completely covered with the sauce. Serve with sesame seeds and onions.
