The chef added that small bulgur is suitable for adding to soups, medium bulgur is suitable for salads, and large bulgur can be used as a filling for vegetables, dolma, stuffed cabbage rolls, and pilaf.

Klopotenko says that the easiest way to cook cereal is to pour oil into a saucepan, you can use sunflower, coconut, or butter, then add bulgur and fry for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Then add water, stir and the dish is ready.
