Fish is the perfect product for cooking for any meal. It can be fried, salted, baked, cutlets, spreads, and delicious salads and sandwiches.

Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious and healthy baked fish with lemon, which is cooked in foil in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • trout or any other fish
  • salt to taste
  • pepper - to taste
  • lemon - 1 piece
  • garlic - 2 cloves.
  • oil - 2-4 tsp.
  • dill - 4 sprigs

Method of preparation:

1. Gut and rinse the fish. Season with salt and pepper inside and out.

2. Cover a baking dish with foil and put the fish on it, pour oil and add lemon with garlic and herbs, then wrap the carcass tightly in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 C.
