Chef Dmytro Martseniuk shared on Instagram the secret of cooking any fish to make it tasty and juicy.
Tip: To make the fish juicy and soft, you need to cook it on a vegetable bed, and you should add butter!
Ingredients:
- fish fillets
- vegetables
- lemon
- butter
- spices
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the vegetables into strips.
2. Put parchment on a baking sheet, put a vegetable pillow in the center, top with the fillet, add spices, lemon, and butter.
3. Bake the fish for 12-15 minutes at 180-200 °C.
Serve fish with lemon and chopped herbs!
