Tip: To prevent the cheesecakes from falling apart, just add an egg yolk to the dough. The cottage cheese for the dish should be dry.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 400 g
- flour – 50 g
- egg yolk – 1 pc.
- sugar – 50 g
- salt – a pinch
- vanilla
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese with sugar, egg yolk, and a pinch of salt, add vanilla and mix well with a spoon.
2. Add the flour and mix well.
3. Put the finished curd mass on a floured surface, divide it into 12 equal parts, roll a ball from each part, and form cheesecakes. They can be shaped into any shape.
4. Fry them in a non-stick frying pan with a drop of oil over low heat under a lid on each side for 4-5 minutes.
