Homemade mayonnaise is a great alternative to store-bought one. It is worth noting that mayonnaise can be made with or without raw eggs.

Ingredients:

  • oil - 180 ml
  • fresh egg - 1 pc.
  • vinegar - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - a pinch
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Pour oil into a bowl (jar, blender bowl). Add sugar, salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar and egg and beat with an immersion blender.

2. Put the finished mayonnaise in the refrigerator.

The mayonnaise can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-5 days!
