Beets are a commonplace, but quite versatile product that is always available at home. The simplest thing you can make with this vegetable is a delicious and healthy salad. Interestingly, a minimum of ingredients makes a full and satisfying dish that can feed the whole family.
The recipe for beetroot salad was shared by food blogger Vita Ivankiv on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- boiled beets
- prunes
- walnuts
- sour cream
- mustard
- salt, pepper, herbs
- garlic (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the beetroot.
2. Chop the nuts.
3. Prunes cut into strips.
4. For the sauce, mix sour cream and mustard. For 3 tbsp of sour cream, you need 0.5 tsp of mustard.
5. Mix all the ingredients and dress the salad.
6. Add the greens.
