Healthy homemade chia yogurt without leaven, sweeteners and colorings

To make traditional yogurt, a leaven is used. Beneficial bacteria make ordinary milk thick and rich. But to make yogurt really healthy and nutritious, you can use chia seeds. Combined with other ingredients, this superfood becomes viscous.
The idea of making homemade chia yogurt was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Emilia Yevtushenko (emiliya.yevtushenko). This is a very healthy combination that contains a lot of fatty acids, protein, and calcium.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 10 strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 150 ml of coconut milk (can be regular)
- 2-3 tbsp. chia seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Wash fruits, chop them, put them in a blender, and add milk.
2. Beat everything well.
3. Add seeds and mix well.
4. Transfer to a container (preferably a glass one).
5. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
