Healthy carrot salad in 5 minutes for a snack: even children will love it
Carrots are a very valuable and healthy vegetable that can be the basis for salads, appetizers and desserts.
Cook Julia shared a recipe for a very healthy salad of carrots, apples and yogurt dressing on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- carrots - 1 pc.
- apple - 1 pc.
- salad yogurt - 2 tbsp.
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
- sugar - 1 tsp (can be without)
- nuts, dried fruits, cinnamon - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the carrots and apple on a coarse grater.
2. For the dressing: mix yogurt (or sour cream), juice, sugar and nuts.
Optionally add prunes or raisins and a little cinnamon!
