If you want to prepare a hearty and tasty breakfast, choose simple foods, such as eggs, fish, cereals, pita bread, hummus, and vegetables. A grilled hot roll with vegetables and sauce is ideal.

Cook Valeria shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, lean roll with mushrooms, onions, and hummus that takes only 5 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • pita bread - 1/2 sheet
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • mushrooms - 6-7 pcs.
  • hummus - 40 g
  • green onions

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the onion and mushrooms and fry until golden brown.

2. Spread the pita bread with hummus, put the mushroom filling, sprinkle with green onions and roll it up.

3. Fry in a frying pan until crispy, cut in half and eat.
