The healthiest and most delicious soup is made with buckwheat, which requires only 30 grams of buckwheat. For a more interesting flavor, cooks advise adding mushrooms and chicken fillet.
Cook Polina shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious buckwheat soup with mushrooms, onions, and carrots, which is an ideal option for dinner and lunch.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- mushrooms - 200 g
- potatoes - 2 pcs.
- buckwheat - 30 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
- parsley, dill
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the chicken fillet. Be sure to remove the foam and cook the fillet over medium heat.
2. Fry the onions and carrots until golden brown, add the mushrooms and fry until the mushrooms are tender.
3. Remove the cooked chicken fillet from the broth and cut into cubes. Add potatoes (cut into small pieces) and washed buckwheat to the broth. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are tender!
4. Add the roast and chopped fillet. Mix and season with salt and herbs.
