If you're tired of mashed potatoes, roasts, soups, zrazy, and fried potatoes, then you can still make a delicious salad appetizer. Just add fresh vegetables, yogurt, and herbs!
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious German salad with potatoes and vegetables, prepared without mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
- 500-700 g of potatoes
- oil
- salt, pepper, paprika, hot pepper
For the salad:
- 150 g of cucumber
- 100 g of sweet pepper
- 50 g of onion
For the sauce:
- 5 tbsp. of sour cream
- herbs (dill, parsley)
- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. of mustard
- 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
- salt, pepper, paprika, hot pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes until tender.
2. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment, press down to mash them, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with the spice mixture. Put in the oven at 200 C, and cook until golden and crispy, about 25 minutes.
2. In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, chopped herbs, and spices, add the finely diced cucumber, pepper, and onion and mix.
3. Serve with potatoes, it will be delicious!
