Ingredients:

• 2 potatoes
• 1 carrot
• 1 beetroot
• 0.5 onions
• 150 g of lightly salted redfish
• mayonnaise
• greens - for decoration to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Boil and grate vegetables.

2. Marinate onion.

3. Assemble the salad in layers and garnish with fish and herbs. Put the salad in the refrigerator for several hours.
