Culinarian Daria shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious fried patties on potato broth, with a potato filling.

The patties recipe.



  • potatoes - 500 g
  • dill - bunch
  • salt, pepper, dried garlic


  • potato broth - 250 ml
  • flour - 380-430 grams
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • dry yeast - 1 tsp.
  • oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the potatoes, drain the water, but do not pour it out. Mash the potatoes, adding potato broth, add chopped greens, spices and mix well.

2. In the remaining potato broth pour dry yeast, sugar, salt, mix. Then add flour in portions, mix, add more flour, knead the dough well. Leave to rise, cover with a towel.

3. Place the prepared dough on a work surface, knead well again, cut into pieces.

4. 4. Put the filling in each one, seal it well, shape it.

5. Heat the oil and fry the patties until tender on both sides. Remove to a paper towel.
