Cabbage is a very tasty and simple vegetable that can be used to make delicious and light dishes, such as filling for dumplings, pies, stuffed cabbage, soups, and can also be stewed deliciously with meat, spices, and prunes.
Chef Alex Mil shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious cabbage pie with chicken fillet and flourless bread that can be eaten instead of bread.
Ingredients:
- white cabbage - 400 g
- carrots - 130 g
- fillet - 400 g
- breadcrumbs - 50 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sour cream - 100 g
- hard cheese - 80 g
- salt, pepper, smoked paprika - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots.
2. Make minced chicken fillet, add spices and mix.
3. Then add cabbage, carrots, sour cream, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs and mix well.
4. Put the finished dough into a baking dish, which can be greased with oil, and bake for 30 minutes at 220 C.
5. Sprinkle the finished pie with grated cheese and put in the oven for 15 minutes.
