Ingredients:
- 250 g. flour
- 3 tbsp. of cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp. of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 650 ml. milk
- 50 g. butter
Method of preparation:
1. Sift cocoa and flour, add sugar, and mix.
2. Add the eggs, mix a little and gradually add the rest of the milk to make a dough.
3. Finally, add the melted butter. Leave the dough to rest for 15 minutes.
4. Fry the pancakes.
