If you want to make a delicious and light dessert for a festive table without baking, choose sour cream, gelatin, and fruit. They will make very delicate and easy-to-prepare desserts.
Cook Anna shared a recipe for a light dessert made from sour cream, gelatin, and fruit on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- sour cream - 300 g
- milk - 200 ml
- gelatin - 15 g
- powdered sugar - 30 g
- jelly - 1 package
- fruits (nectarines/oranges/tangerines)
Method of preparation:
1. Pour 100 ml of the total amount of cold milk over the gelatin and leave for 10 minutes. Next, combine sour cream, the rest of the milk, powdered sugar and swollen gelatin in a water bath or in the microwave. Add the dissolved gelatin to the sour cream mass and mix well.
2. Fill 2/3 of the bowls/glasses with the milk layer and chill until it hardens.
3. Pour 250 ml of hot water over the jelly and stir until completely dissolved.
4. Cut the fruit into thin slices and put on top of the sour cream layer. Pour the jelly on top and put back in the refrigerator.
