Culinarian Anna shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, easy filet salad, with vegetables and canned pineapple.
Ingredients:
- pineapples - 1 jar
- corn - 1 jar
- hard cheese - 150 g
- sweet bell pepper - 1 pc
- eggs - 3 - 4 pcs.
- fillet - 1 pc.
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
- greens - bunch
- salt - pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the fillet, cut it into cubes.
2. Boil the eggs and also cut them into cubes.
3. Dice the peppers. Grate the cheese on a grater.
4. Dice the canned pineapple.
5. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, dress with mayonnaise, add salt, mix, sprinkle with chopped greens.
