Easier than kebabs: juicy meat on a bed of onions in the oven

Spring and summer are the season for kebabs, which can be prepared from various meats, fish and vegetables by marinating them in any marinade, while avoiding vinegar, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Culinary experts advise making light marinades based on mineral water, wine, sour cream, yogurt, and citrus juice. An alternative to barbecue is simply baked meat in the oven.

Ingredients:
- For 1-1.5 kg of meat - 1 kg of onions
- Salt, spices - to taste
- Mustard - 1-2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat into portions.
2. Put in a bowl, season with salt and spices. Add mustard and mix well, leave for an hour.
3. Cut the onion into rings and place in a baking dish.
4. Arrange the pieces of meat in a single layer on top.
5. Bake at 200 C for an hour.
