Easier than Charlotte: an apple pie that always turns out fluffy and delicious
Homemade pies can be made from different doughs, including shortcrust pastry and sour cream. You can use any fruit and berries for the filling, as well as poppy seeds, nuts, and jam.

Cook Tetiana shared a recipe for a delicious apple pie on Instagram, which will turn out to be lush and very successful.

Ingredients:
- apples - 3 pcs.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sour cream - 150 g
- odorless oil - 80 g
- vanilla sugar - 1 package
- sugar - 175 g
- flour - 250 g
- baking powder - 2 tsp.
For sprinkling:
- 1 tbsp sugar + 0.5 tsp cinnamon
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with sugar, a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar into a fluffy light mass. Add the oil and sour cream and mix.

2. Add the flour mixed with baking powder and mix with a mixer until smooth.

3. Peel and dice the apples. Add them to the dough and mix thoroughly.
4. Put the dough into the mold.

5. Cut the third apple into thin slices, put them in a circle, it will look like flower petals, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and bake for 45 minutes at 180 C.
