- baguette - 1 pc.
- cheese - 150 g
- garlic - 3-4 heads
- parsley - bunch
- butter - 30 g
- salt, pepper - 1/4 tsp.
- olive oil
How to cook:
1. Slice garlic on top, transfer to foil, pour olive oil, salt, and pepper, and bake in preheated oven to 200 degrees for 40 minutes. After cool.
2. Chop parsley, add butter, grated cheese, and roasted soft garlic, and mix well.
3. Cut the baguette in half and brush with the filling, bake in a preheated 200 C oven until lightly golden, about 25 minutes.
