Duck with apples in a baking sleeve: a simple recipe for an exquisite dish

Perhaps every good housewife has her own recipe for cooking duck with apples because this dish is not only popular but also exquisite and often appears on the holiday table.
A food blogger with the nickname recepti_dariko shared her own recipe for duck with apples. On Instagram, she shared how to cook the dish to have a crispy crust.
Ingredients:
- duck - 1.7-2 kg
- salt
- pepper
- mustard
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Preparation:
1. Soak the duck in salt water for several hours.
2. Cut out uropygial glands. Fry if necessary, wash and dry.
3. Rub with salt, pepper and mustard on all sides and inside and leave for 1 hour.
4. Stuff the duck with sliced apples. Close the hole with toothpicks and put the duck in a baking sleeve.
5. Bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes. Then reduce the oven temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees again and keep the duck for another 50 minutes.
6. Make a glaze by mixing honey and soy sauce.
7. Open the sleeve, grease the duck and bake for another 10-15 minutes (grill mode or grill + convection).
