Dragon Heart budget salad with mushrooms, chicken hearts and peas: a recipe for a hearty and tasty dish

Mushrooms can not only be pickled but also used to make salads, pates, appetizers, and even barbecues.

A chef shared a recipe for a hearty Dragon Heart salad on Instagram. It is cooked with fried mushrooms, peas, and chicken hearts.

Ingredients:

  • marinated champignons - 300 g
  • canned peas - 1/2 can
  • chicken hearts - 350 g
  • onions - 2 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • pickled cucumbers - 3-4 pcs.
  • mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp.
  • parsley - a small bunch

Method of preparation:

1️. Fry mushrooms until golden brown, add onion and carrots, cut into half rings and fry until soft.

2️. Cut boiled chicken hearts into slices and put them in a bowl with the fried vegetables.

3️. Add the remaining chopped canned cucumbers, chopped parsley and peas to the bowl. Add mayonnaise to taste, salt, mix everything and you can eat.
