Delicious chicken wings with a crust: cooked without an oven and grill
You don't have to bake the wings to make lean and crispy wings with a crust. The meat can be cooked simply in a frying pan. The crust will appear if you add a very spicy and versatile sauce and spices. In the cooler season, these wings are a simple alternative to barbecue.
The idea of cooking golden and crispy chicken wings was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna Dimitrova (iriska_dimitrova).
Ingredients:
- 500 g of chicken wings
- salt, pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp of ketchup
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- green onions
- sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. If necessary, cut the chicken wings, sprinkle with salt and pepper and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Heat a frying pan, add oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
3. Add chopped garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add ketchup, soy sauce and honey.
5. Stir and simmer for 7-10 minutes over low heat, turning the wings several times.
6. Sprinkle the finished wings with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
